We have listened to you and your dream wedding, and we want to show you how the Watson Estate might be a good fit for you or maybe not. We want it to work for all of us!

It’s helpful to have a clear idea of your total wedding budget before visiting.
— Here’s why: Our venue is for budgets of at least $9,000-$15,000 so you can get all the other vendors and happenings that you probably want to be part of your big day! If our pricing doesn’t work for you, then it’s not going to work for us, just communicate it with us. It’s okay, everyone has a different wedding budget.
Please bring anyone you would like to see the venue prior to booking with you to the tour.
Here’s why: We only give 1 private tour per couple, so we want to be able to answer all the questions your party has when you come the first time! Other questions or area measurements, etc. can be done during one of our monthly open houses.
Just a reminder, we can’t hold dates without a signed contract.
— Here’s why: It’s only fair to brides ready to book that they get their open of available dates without a lot of blackouts that might never come to fruition and then their first choice might not have be taken!
If you need to postpone or cancel your visit, please give us 24 hours notice.
- Here’s why: We have a lot to do in order to help all the brides wanting to see the most affordable venue in the area, so we need to keep our schedules up to date!
